REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

At MC Livid.nl, I want you to be completely satisfied with the products. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns:

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  2. Refund Process: Customers are responsible for returning the item themselves via a postal service, all associated costs are to be covered by the customer. Please send an e-mail to info@mclivid.nl for the return address. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund accordingly. Don't forget to mention your name and/or order number.

  3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process outlined above. Don't forget to mention your name, order number, and desired new item.

1. WHICH DATA IS PROCESSED

3. RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA
Personal data may be provided by MC Livid.nl to third parties if this is compatible with the purpose for which the data was collected stated in this privacy statement. The data can be passed on to the following recipients on behalf of MC Livid.nl: THE TAX ADMINISTRATION – CLOUD SERVICE – SUPPLIERS – TECHNICAL SERVICE PROVIDERS – COURIER COMPANIES – CUSTOMER SERVICE.

 

If personal data is provided to countries outside the European Union or to international organizations, this will not be detrimental to the level of protection that natural persons are guaranteed by European Union law. There is an adequacy decision by the European Commission for all third countries to which personal data is provided. Based on an adequacy decision, the level of protection of the country in question can be considered adequate. Personal data are only provided for the period and scope necessary for the execution of the assignment given by MC Livid.nl to the recipients. In all cases of provision of personal data to third parties, MC Livid.nl ensures that the data is only used for the intended purposes and is stored in accordance with the legally assured level of protection. 4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
MC Livid.nl does not use or store personal data for longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data is collected in accordance with this agreement. The retention period is in any case not longer than: 7 years for tax administration.

5. USER RIGHTS
The user of the website can exercise his rights with regard to MC Livid.nl at any time. The user can submit his request to exercise one or more of his rights to MC Livid.nl using one of the contact details of MC Livid.nl mentioned in this privacy statement. MC Livid.nl responds to the user's request, unless the request is unfounded or excessive. MC Livid.nl will respond to the user's request no later than one month after the request, even if the request is not responded to. The response to the request must be clear to the user, and must be provided to the user in writing or by other (electronic) means. 

a. Right to information about the processing The user of the website has the right to a clear and transparent explanation about the data processing. Through this privacy statement, MC Livid.nl provides information about the source of the data, the data recipient(s), the objectives, necessity and basis of the data processing, the data protection guarantees, the retention period, the contact details for complaints, the rights of the user . 

b. Right of access The user of the website has the right, at reasonable intervals, to view the personal data that has been collected. MC Livid.nl provides the user, if requested, with access to an overview with at least the following information relating to the user: * the objectives for the data processing; * the categories of personal data that are processed; * the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data are transferred; * the retention period of the personal data; * the right to change, delete, limit, or object; * the right to file a complaint. c. Right to rectification The user of the website has the right to correct or supplement his personal data if it is inaccurate. If the user does not have the option to correct or supplement his personal data himself, the user can instruct MC Livid.nl to correct or supplement his personal data. MC Livid.nl informs all recipients of the personal data of the changed data, unless this proves impossible or requires disproportionate effort in relation to the interests of the user. MC Livid.nl provides the user with information about these recipients if the user requests this. 

d. Right to erasure The user of the website has the right to have his collected personal data erased by MC Livid.nl, if one of the situations referred to in Article 17, paragraph 1 of the General Data Protection Regulation applies. The user also has the right to be 'forgotten' if MC Livid.nl has made the user's personal data public and the user requests the erasure of his data. In this case, MC Livid.nl must take the necessary measures to inform other controllers that the user wants to delete his personal data or any copy thereof. A request for erasure of personal data does not have to be complied with if the processing of the data is necessary for one of the reasons referred to in Article 17(3) of the General Data Protection Regulation. 

e. Right to restrict processing The user of the website has the right to restrict the processing of his personal data if one of the situations referred to in Article 18(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation applies. In the case of exercising the restriction of personal data processing, the data may only be processed: * with the consent of the user; * for the establishment, exercise or substantiation of a legal claim; * to protect the rights of third parties or for important reasons of general interest for the European Union or a Member State. MC Livid.nl informs all recipients of personal data of the restriction of data processing, unless this proves impossible or requires disproportionate effort in relation to the interests of the user. MC Livid.nl provides the user with information about these recipients if the user requests this.

Right to data portability The user of the website has the right to obtain his personal data from MC Livid.nl in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form and to transmit it to another controller, without MC Livid.nl hindering him in doing so, if one of the situations referred to in Article 20(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation applies. If the user exercises his right to data portability, the user also has the right to have personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, unless this is not technically possible. The exercise of the right to portability does not affect the right to erasure of data.
