REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

At MC Livid.nl, I want you to be completely satisfied with the products. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refund Process: Customers are responsible for returning the item themselves via a postal service, all associated costs are to be covered by the customer. Please send an e-mail to info@mclivid.nl for the return address. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund accordingly. Don't forget to mention your name and/or order number.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exchanges:

1. WHICH DATA IS PROCESSED

The data can be passed on to the following recipients on behalf of MC Livid.nl: THE TAX ADMINISTRATION – CLOUD SERVICE – SUPPLIERS – TECHNICAL SERVICE PROVIDERS – COURIER COMPANIES – CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If personal data is provided to countries outside the European Union or to international organizations, this will not be detrimental to the level of protection that natural persons are guaranteed by European Union law. There is an adequacy decision by the European Commission for all third countries to which personal data is provided. Based on an adequacy decision, the level of protection of the country in question can be considered adequate. Personal data are only provided for the period and scope necessary for the execution of the assignment given by MC Livid.nl to the recipients.
